Dr Dorothy Kass and the Royal Australian Historical Society would like to invite you to the launch of Dr Kass’ new book Educational Reform and Environmental Concern. The launch will be held at History House – 133 Macquarie Street, Sydney, on Thursday 9th November, 5:30pm for a 6pm start. The book will be officially launched by Honorary Associate Professor Craig Campbell.

The book explores the theories that supported nature study as well as its definitions, aims, how it was introduced to curricula and its practice in the classroom. Would a subject introduced to schools be able to influence the future of the natural environment?
