James Cook University in Townsville, Queensland, is hiring for two level B positions: Lecturer, History and Lecturer, Science and Society.

Applications for Lecturer, Science and Society are due on 7 October 2024. They are especially seeking applicants with strong links to natural sciences, physical sciences, technology, and/or health fields, who have a willingness to develop and deliver teaching and research across a variety of units in the university. 

Applications for Lecturer, History are due on 13 October 2024. They are especially seeking applicants who have a willingness to develop and deliver teaching in interdisciplinary core subjects, to teach History subjects to students from a range of discipline backgrounds, and to conduct research across the College of Arts, Society, and Education.
