We know that 2024 has been a tough year for many of our colleagues in the university sector, and we hope that throughout the year we have created a space of connection amidst uncertain times.

While the Australian and Aotearoa New Zealand Environmental History Network is a volunteer-run organisation, there are some expenses involved in maintaining the network’s activities, including the upkeep of the website, and our membership in the International Consortium of Environmental History Organizations.

In recent years, these annual fees have increasingly been paid with donations from Network members – they were previously funded by a few individuals associated with the Network. To ensure the continuation of our activities, we recommend the following annual donation amounts:

• Waged: $25
• Student/Unwaged: $10
