The AANZEHN wishes to welcome its members – albeit belatedly – to what is set to be another bumper year of environmental history-related events, workshops, and opportunities!
While this first newsletter of the year is rather belated as we all enjoyed our summers, we are looking forward to our content picking up as the year progresses. Our newsletter relies on our enthusiastic members sharing their events, opportunities, and publications with us, so please get in touch with events and opportunities we can share with the network. If you’ve authored any new work, make sure you’re ready to send us the details when our publication round-up call out goes live later in the year (and while you’re waiting, why not peruse last year’s).
Throughout the year we are hoping to bring in new elements of the newsletter, so watch this space! We will also let you know as soon as our 2025 AANZEHN Environmental History Book Prize is open for applications.
For now, please send Jess anything you have to share at jessica.urwin@utas.edu.au, and perhaps consider donating to the network to keep us running.
